1.100% Refund: Cancellations made with over 25 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.
2.50% Refund: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
3.No Refund: Once check-in has occurred, no refunds will be issued.
4.Exceptions: Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to management at management@parknboston.com.
